A town on the northeast shore of the The Ignathian Peninsula, closest to the bridge to Nesh. It is adjacent to the delta where the White Gull River empties, and the ultimate destination of Brother Faulkner and Sister Carpenter's travels in Season 1. It is also adjacent to the bridge that leads to The Linger Straits and its largest city, Nesh.

Carpenter and Faulkner Find The Wither Mark[]
At the time of Faulkner and Carpenter's visit, it has been destructively transformed by the Wither Mark of The Trawler-man. There they find Roake and what remains of the town.
While they are there, Carpenter wavers in her faith and Faulkner attacks her.
Hayward and Daggler arrive and find Carpenter. Daggler plans to kill Carpenter and blame the events in Bellwethers on her, which Hayward refuses in horror. Faulkner returns and sets an angel on the police officers, killing Daggler.
Carpenter is taken into Hayward's custody.[1]
Paige and Hayward Build The Grace[]
Paige and Hayward create The Grace in the remains of the derelict town. It serves as an encampment for the Children of the Woundtree.[2]
